The Burnout Epidemic

Burnout is a pervasive issue impacting various segments of the population, particularly those balancing multiple roles.

  • 76% of employees experience burnout at least sometimes. 
  • Self-employed individuals are not immune either with  72% of entrepreneurs reported feeling stress and burnout symptoms .
  • For mothers, the situation is even more alarming where a survey revealed that 93% of mothers feel burnt out at least occasionally, and 27% reported feeling burned out most or all of the time .
  • Burnout is linked to a 23% increase in hospital visits.

These statistics highlight the urgent need for comprehensive self-care frameworks like SACRED. Re-Energise to support the well-being of all individuals, particularly those juggling work, self-employment, and family responsibilities.
