Soul Alignment Life Coaching is a specialised form of spiritual life coaching designed at particularly aligning your outer life with that of your inner soul. where you align with unique soul gifts to create abundance and fulfillment in your life. Transform soul level challenges that hold you in limitation and manifest as experiences and difficulties in our outer world.

The goal of this type of coaching is to reach align with your true nature and essence and reach highest potential not anything that society, family or friends have as the goal for us. 

Alongside intuitive soul guided coaching I utilise a blend of many modalities that I have studied to encourage you to truthfully explore your life, heal and transform the challenges and blockages and to start to ACT on purpose.

The techniques I use in sessions can include EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Energy Alignment such Chakra Healing, Cord Balancing & releasing. As a trained Hypnotherapist I may use Hypnotherapy and Guided Meditations to work on mindset  alongside many other powerful techniques.
