8th Feb 2024 - Serve and you will be served
As I walked Luna Pups this morning, I was contemplating what I wanted to share in my newsletter and I remembered one of the soul plan messages that I now live by which is "Serve and you will be served" which is from the 9-9 soul plan energy energy.
This theme resurfaced during my first client session today, a Soul Transformation Therapy Session. As we delved into the depths of discovery the source of a current difficulty, the concept of serving others and receiving in return emerged once more, culminating in the drawing of the 9-9 Soul Plan Card as our session drew to a close.
Maybe the key isn't in accumulating more certifications or training?
What if it lies in embracing in our current abilities and sharing our gifts with the world right now, trusting that the answers will reveal themselves through genuine experience and interaction with others?
What if by helping others you are also helped? By having a real conversation and serving another I found the answers to my own predicament.
10th February 2024 - After the rains
It has rained quite a lot over the last few days but when the clouds part and the sun emerges, there's a real sense of renewal in the air. It feels like nature itself is a metaphor for our own lives—showing us that even after the darkest of times, there is always the promise of light and the potential for new beginnings.
Just like the earth soaks up the rain and transforms it into nourishment for growth, we too can absorb the lessons from our challenges and use them to fuel our personal development. When we find ourselves weathering storms—be they personal, professional, or emotional—it can be easy to lose sight of the fact that they are temporary. But just as the sun eventually breaks through the clouds, so too do our difficulties eventually pass.
In those moments when we feel overwhelmed by the downpour of life's challenges, it can be difficult to imagine a brighter future.
As we step into this fresh new world, let us remember that the light we see shining through the clouds is not just a reminder of brighter days ahead, but also a symbol of our own inner strength and resilience. With each passing storm, we have the opportunity to grow, to learn, and to become the best versions of ourselves.
