I love the power of an affirmation for improving mindset and it is becoming well known how successful they can be for this. They have probably helped thousands of people make significant changes in their lives.
This is why affirmations along with Soul Plan became a fundamental part of my SACRED Re-Energise Coaching program. Mindset is one of the biggest hurdles when you are going from 'Burnout to Brilliance'. For my clients they this tip I suggest here really helps them to ramp up the mindset reframe.
In this blog I am going to share the technique to get affirmations to work for you as you work!
Repetition is the key to affirmation success
The true power of affirmations and mantras come from repetitive use and reminders to program the mind into believing the stated concept.
There is the old analogue method of posting notes all around. I am a strong advocate posting your current affirmation on your bathroom mirror for a morning and evening reminder whilst you brush your teeth but this is the modern age where we are surrounded by tech! How about using it to improve your mindset?
Power up your affirmation usage
If you are a computer user then use your current affirmation as the password to login on to your computer. Each time you log in you are working on your mindset. Setting your screen saver to cut in a little more frequently for an extra boost.
From a techie sparkles point of view you for added security use the first letter of each word of your affirmation not only will it make you think even more about what you are typing and set the positive mindset even more
Adding even more soul
For an extra bit of soul potential, the password could actually be your soul plan healing or alignment message and you could add your soul plan number (or a power number) as well for some extra soul growth.
This is an example an affirmation password which would be good for those with a 4-4 Soul Plan Energy:
'I am aligned with the energy of abundance' which could be translated to a password of IAAWTEOA44
With this technique you are powering up your mindset and computer security in a single keystroke (or two!).
