My Energy Healing Sessions
In my 15 years plus years of being an Energy Healer I have trained in a number of healing modalites. My intuitive "Soul Light" sessions use a blend of techniques to clear energy blocks and activate potential. They are available as Live Online or as In-person Sessions in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, UK.
If you want to experience a dedicated Atlantean Paddles or Reiki energy healing session then these are particularly powerful to be experienced in person so only available at my Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire practice.

How Does Energy Healing Work?
All healing is self healing. Energy practitioners are NOT the source of the healing but a conduit to activate and facilitate self healing, opening and clearing the channel through which the life force energy flows between the Universe and the you as the recipient .
Reiki and the Atlantean Paddles can accelerate the healing of physical problems and balance the emotions. They is particularly effective at stress reduction and the associated symptoms, boosting the immune system and increasing energy levels. They therefore can help improve everyday life and wellbeing and allow you to build a more resourceful state of being to allow you to respond more calmly to situations.
